Becoming an Approved Broker
Contact your WestGen Lending Account Executive and let them know that you’re interested in becoming an approved broker. Joining our team is simple. You will work with our Client Management team and your assigned Account Executive to complete the broker approval process. Have questions? Please email Client Management.
You will receive a FastPass Approval Packet from the WestGen Lending team. This packet details your Broker Compensation Agreement and Encompass logins. That way, you can submit a loan without being slowed down by the approval process.
Submit Your Loan
Submit your loan within one week of receiving your Encompass credentials. Once we see your loan in the system, our Client Management team will send you an invitation via Comergence. Your Comergence application must be completed and approved before your submitted loan funds.
If you already have a Comergence account, sign in and accept the invitation from our team. If you are not yet registered with Comergence, you will need to create an account in order for our Client Management team to send your invitation. Part of the application process will require you to upload company documents such as company formation information, year-to-date financials, W-9s, owner and officer resumes, the Broker Agreement, and more. Also, don’t forget to complete the AML Certification and Questionnaire.
If you already have a Comergence account, sign in and accept the invitation from our team. If you are not yet at this step, we will review your application and the supplied documentation. We will contact you if we notice any errors or if follow-up information is required.
Once your approval is completed, you will receive a notification in Comergence, and your signed Broker Agreement will be uploaded to your Comergence account.
